Mouse vs Mouse · Same brand, different philosophy
Logitech MX Master 3S vs G Pro X Superlight 2
Both are Logitech's best mice. Both cost over €100. Both are critically acclaimed. But they are designed for fundamentally different users — and picking the wrong one is a €150 mistake.

Official Logitech G video — marketing, not evidence
Logitech's own launch video, "Introducing the PRO X SUPERLIGHT". Both mice on this page are Logitech's, and this clip is their marketing for one of them — it does not compare the two, and it is not independent evidence. The comparison below is ours. We found no independent PRO X SUPERLIGHT review we could verify.
Who should buy the MX Master 3S
Office workers, developers, designers, and anyone who switches between a laptop and desktop. The MagSpeed scroll wheel — which can spin through 1,000-line documents in under a second — is the single most productive mouse feature ever made. The thumb wheel for horizontal scroll is essential in spreadsheets. Multi-device switching via Easy-Switch means one mouse for your laptop, desktop, and tablet. The Darkfield sensor works on glass desks. This is the productivity mouse.
Who should buy the G Pro X Superlight 2
Gamers. Full stop. At 60g it is lighter than almost every mouse ever made, which eliminates fatigue during long sessions and improves flick accuracy. The HERO 2 sensor is among the most accurate ever produced. LIGHTSPEED wireless has 1ms polling — indistinguishable from wired. But: no horizontal scroll wheel, no multi-device, no glass tracking. This is the performance mouse.
Listen to the verdict
The verdict
Working from home, creative work, multi-device setup? MX Master 3S. You will use the extra buttons every day and the MagSpeed scroll wheel will change how you navigate documents.
Gaming or highest-precision pointer work? G Pro X Superlight 2. The weight reduction is real and the sensor is flawless.
If you need both (WFH by day, games by night) — buy the MX Master 3S for the desk and a wired budget gaming mouse for games. Spending €155 on the Superlight for office use is overkill.
